Customer Return and Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are for some reason unhappy with your purchase please contact us VIA TEXT MESSAGE ONLY at 251-440-4507 to request a return. Please do not ship items back without contacting customer service first. Our customer service will be happy to address any issue you are having. All of our products are returnable for a full refund within 10 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Refunds are issued upon us receiving your return. Refund deposits into your bank may take up to 5 days. If you have not yet received your order it is because we are on a slight delay. After you have messages us it will take no longer than 5 business days to receive your order. If you do not want your order any longer you can get a full refund 20 days after you order your rig. The reason for this being we have a slight delay and if we have people requesting for refunds three days after they order the rig it will put us way out of organization. We are working day and night to get this fixed and its already much better. People that have contacted us have gotten there rig in 5 business days or less. Please be patient. Thank you.

For all warranty claims, buyers should contact us VIA TEXT ONLY AT 251-440-4507 with all relevant details such as buyer name, order number, complete description of the difficulty encountered, length of time in service, and the conditions under which the Goods failed.
What to expect: After sending us an text detailing the order information and issue you are having with your Black Mamba TIG Rig, we will direct you on how to proceed. Scottsman Tools will determine whether to have the Goods returned for inspection and repair or handled in some other manner. The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping this product back for return or repairs. All shipments are to be sent to Scottsman Tools Manager PO Box 473340 Aurora, CO 80047-3340. Please include a note describing the issue you are having or replacement request. Scottsman Tools will pay cost of returns being shipped back to customer.
