Customer Return and Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are for some reason unhappy with your purchase please contact manager@scottsmantools.com to request a return. Please do not ship items back without contacting customer service first. Our customer service will be happy to address any issue you are having. All of our products are returnable for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Refunds are issued upon us receiving your return. Refund deposits into your bank may take up to 5 days.

For all warranty claims, buyers should contact manager@scottsmantools.com with all relevant details such as buyer name, order number, complete description of the difficulty encountered, length of time in service, and the conditions under which the Goods failed.


What to expect: After sending us an email detailing the order information and issue you are having with your Black Mamba TIG Rig, we will direct you on how to proceed. Scottsman Tools will determine whether to have the Goods returned for inspection and repair or handled in some other manner. The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping this product back for return or repairs. All shipments are to be sent to Scottsman Tools Manager 715 Saint Emanuel St. Mobile, AL 36603. Please include a note describing the issue you are having or replacement request. Scottsman Tools will pay cost of returns being shipped back to customer.
